Yoga Therapy for Individuals

Individual yoga therapy sessions with a qualified Yoga Therapist allow us to work with your specific individual mental and physical health needs, and with the short and long term goals that you wish to achieve.

The initial yoga therapy session

usually involves working looking at all the unique aspects that make you who you are by using the “kosha” model, which includes:


-Your physical body and posture, your diet, sleep patterns and lifestyle habits

-Your energy levels and how they vary through the day, and your breathing pattern

-Your mental and emotional states

-How you feel you connect to your higher wisdom and intuition

- Your connection to things that bring you joy enhance your connection to your true nature

Yoga Therapy Plan

A yoga therapy plan, which may include yoga postures, breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation techniques, is then co-created between the two of us, taking the above and your yoga therapy goals into account. The yoga therapy plan may change from session to session, depending on your input, feedback and needs at the time.  

It is recommended to book 6 sessions initially, in order to really feel the benefit that yoga therapy can have on your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. 

Whilst these sessions can be conducted online, face-to-face is generally preferable. Sessions are charged at £70 per session, which is one hour, although the first session is usually 90 minutes.
