Welcome to Munique Yoga Therapy

Hi, I’m Muna and I’m a qualified yoga therapist. I am passionate about using yoga therapy to help people with a variety of mental and physical health disorders to live happier and healthier lives through my 1-2-1 sessions, courses and workshops.

I have practiced yoga for over 30 years. I believe it has helped to keep me healthy, both physically and mentally, and has helped to prevent me from burnout, as well as improving my sleep and helping to improve my chronic lower back pain.

What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga therapy is an evidence-based holistic approach that uses the tools and techniques from yoga and mindfulness to help with a range of physical and mental health disorders.

Individual Yoga Therapy

I offer yoga therapy sessions for individuals to provide a more tailored approach to your physical and mental health needs, and the short and long term goals you wish to achieve.

Yoga Therapy Courses & Workshops

I offer yoga therapy courses for stress, anxiety and depression, insomnia and chronic pain, both face to face in West Oxfordshire, and online

Yoga Classes

I offer classes in yin yoga, chair yoga and somatic yoga, for all ages and abilities. Attendance in person is encouraged though an online option is available. See descriptions of classes and book your place.
